Help the committee understand what coworkers across departments, shifts, titles, and locations are experiencing.

Identify the issues that need attention and shape practical next steps the group can take together.

Meet coworkers, share ideas, and strengthen the communication that turns individual concerns into collective power.

Choose your level of involvement

Speak up, volunteer for a small task, bring a coworker next time, or just listen. Every step counts.
