CWA Local 3106 is bringing City of Jacksonville public sector employees together across departments, buildings, shifts, and job titles. These meetings are where we talk about what is happening at work, share information, ask questions, and build the unity it takes to protect and improve our contract.

You do not have to be a dues-paying member to attend. Whether you are already involved, just curious, frustrated with something at work, or ready to help build something stronger, there is a place for you in this conversation.

When more people show up, more people are heard. When more people are heard, our union gets stronger.

How Registration Works

1. Choose the meeting date you want to attend.
2. Click the registration button or scan the QR code.
3. Register with your name and email address.
4. Watch your email for the confirmation or reminder from Teams.
5. Use the calendar option if Teams offers it, so you get a reminder before the meeting starts.
6. On meeting night, join from the email, calendar reminder, button, or QR code.

If a meeting is moved because of a conflict, check the WhatsApp group or union update for which Teams link to use.

These meetings help members and non-members stay informed, share workplace issues, spot patterns, build power, and bring every department into the conversation.

Our Rights Mean More When We Use Them Together

The contract recognizes CWA as the exclusive bargaining representative for employees in the professional bargaining unit. Employees also have the right to join or refrain from joining CWA and to engage in lawful concerted activities for mutual aid and protection.

Staying connected is how we make those rights mean something in real life.
