How the Referral Program Works

$40
Paid for each qualified new AT&T member referral after the new member completes two months of full applicable dues payments.
COJ Referral
$25
Paid for each qualified new City of Jacksonville member referral after the new member completes two months of full applicable dues payments.

Why Referrals Matter
Every new member makes Local 3106 stronger. More members means more power at the table, more support in the workplace, and more people standing together when it counts. A strong union is built by members talking to coworkers, answering questions, and helping them take the next step.
If you know someone who has not joined yet, do not wait. Have the conversation, help them get signed up, and submit the referral.
